She then married Norman Molen in November of 1981 and he also preceded her in death on April 1, 2006.
She married Ralph Mills on Augin Taylorville and he later preceded her in death on March 13, 1978. She was born Februin Kincaid, IL, the Daughter of Jules and Marie (Delmaal) Tachel. at Taylorville Care Center in Taylorville. Elaine Marie (Tachel) Mills-Molen, 91, of Taylorville, passed away Sunday, Decemat 1:55 p.m.
